Returns and Exchanges
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:
- Must be exchanged or returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Exchanges & Returns must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
- Exchanges & Returns are only offered for domestic orders.
- We require order #, receipt, or proof of purchase to process returns & exchanges.
HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN:
- Email fulfillment@printedthreads.com with your order number and the details of your request.
- For exchanges, please include the name and the size of the item you would like to receive in place of the item being returned.
- Pack items in a secure package.
- Go to your local United States Post Office to ship the package. We will provide you with the proper return address in our email correspondence.
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Please allow 2-3 business days once the item is received to process your exchange or refund.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Replacement items will not be shipped until the original item has been received by our warehouse.
- We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Returns for Refund (if applicable):
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once items are received and their condition has been verified.
Processing & Shipping:
- We process and ship orders, exchanges, and returns in the order they are received between 9 am - 5 pm CST, Monday - Friday.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and approximately 3-5 business days for shipping.
